Grant the permission to the default group.

playerlist.allow -- Allows player to use the players list , As Wulf said grant this permission to the default group which will of course include all players. /o.grant group default playerlist.allow

• /online -- Show list of players online by name
• /players or /who -- Show number of players online by group

It would be helpful if the commands or ability to use these were available in the /help menu, (i dont use this plugin so maybe they are already)
