I made a new server, full updated and I'm getting this error in console, what could the problem be?

Looks like you only have part of the error showing there, but most likely related to Rust RCON.

I tried to use RustAdmin Tool and is the first time I get this "error" in server console.

Make sure your RCON tool is set to use the websockets protocol, not the legacy one, and that your password is correct.

I found the problem, really complex passwords aren't supported for RCon
I was thinking, is it possible to add 2 server.ip ?
