I host a server on GCP , and others can direct connect it through IP and the server also showed up on BattleMetrics but it didn't showed on modded server list.
Any solution on this?

Steam will usually only show servers that are closer, so if you are from EU and server is in US then it wont be shown
not from EU ,server hosted on TW , and also i am from TW
google cloud could be detected by steam as *somewhere else*, like.. completely, so i think that might be why, ask your friends from other countries if they see the server
