When I use the FTP to transfer the mod into Oxide/plugins the config files are not being created. Can anyone help this noob? This is for a Rust server.

Maybe your oxide is not installed or the server is not running on you have to restart the ftp program sometimes they dont show up right away

Also keep in mind that not all plugins have configuration files.
