i dont know why, but everyone who joins my rust server is missing the first letter of there name?
example: Parallax in now arallax. 
could this be a plugin or something? if it is anyone got any idea which plugin it is :) thnks

no, only plugin that has anything todo with player names is the name rewards. and i cant change there names through that 
could it be something todo with betterchat?

I doubt it, all my names are appearing as normal

dont think its anything todo with NameRewards. 
sometimes, the first letter is there but other times it isnt. an admin on my server said it could be the rust reborn plugin but idk. 
also, when using /tpr u need to miss the 1st letter. so instead of harv1 youd type arv1. kinda annoying

Have you tried unloading plugins one by one  until the issue no longer occurs? Normally that is the most sure way to find which plugin is causing the issue.
