I am just starting into plugin programming and am wondering if this is the proper place to ask for help.  As I am seeing The standard advice is become proficient at C# and look at some plugins that are close to what you want to do.  I have no problem putting in the grunt work but can I come here when my head hurts from banging it against the wall?  Thank you in advance!!
