hello, is there a way to add self-built houses to the rust edit? I know how copy paste works, but can you paste a copied house into the rust editor for a custom map? best regards

yes u can paste any building you have saved with Copy/paste into RustEdit 
Look under the menu options - its there 
Any building you paste in can not be destroyed ingame- remember that
