I've been having trouble with getting my friends to get onto my server for the past day. I port forwarded 28015-28016 TCP and UDP in my router configuration, I've disabled my Windows firewall, in my Server Config file, I set server.ip to my IPv4, and it still isn't working. My friends are connecting with F1 console typing client.connect (myipv4):28015 and it just tries twice and returns to menu. Any help?

If you are behind a router, do not set the server.ip on your server.

you need to verify the ports are open on your router again also verify the ip did not change.
