I am using a program that sends text to the console window, yet the usual code I use for a carriage return is not working, even though it is your usual batch file and should accept keystroke events. Any coders out there have any ideas?

An Oxide plugin or an RCON tool (as runescape mentioned) would allow you to do what you want.
