uMod - Server not starting with Oxide - Rust

whenever I try and run my server with the latest oxide version it doesn't load. However, when I remove the RustDedicated_Data file and let the server generate a new one, the server launches perfectly just without the plugins.

When I checked my log file all I get is:

"Application folder:
C:/Users/jacob/Desktop/Custom Map/rustds
There should be 'RustDedicated_Data'
folder next to the executable"

Please make sure your server is fully updated and you are using the build provided on our site. Aside from that, check your logs for errors. There are no known issues with the current build and it does indeed start fine.

Im a little bit new to hosting a server, the only way to make sure my server is up to date is to run the update.bat that comes with the server.zip file correct? 'Cause when I run that nothing happens and it says it's up to date. Also when I go to my log file there's only the error message I quoted in my post

Running that would uninstall Oxide, as it runs SteamCMD each time.

I know but if you just put the rust dedicated data file back in it should work as normal correct?
