This isn't an Oxide-related issue from what I can see.
you guys using custom map? who is your server host? see if we can narrow down what you both have the same of..
I have a local install with the normal procedural map and I'm getting this problem. I'm pretty sure it's a rustserver glitch in the current build that's having issues with Raknet (networking), I very much doubt if any of us can do anything about it.
