I have some troubles with some permissions.
First of all - most of permissions works just like they should, but there ase some exceptions.
At this moment I have problems with permissions of 2 plugins: Discord Auth and Global Gamble.
The problem is I granted permission and I checked - it's granted like it should, but plugins keep printing "NoPermission" messages.
Granting/invoking/plugin reloading/unloading/loading several times somehow resolves the issue and then it can happen again after some time (maybe after server restart?).

Can it be some sort of oxide bug, or something? What should I check?

How big are your .data files for Oxide? Might be possible that it fails to read those files if too large, causing it to kick back with what you are mentioning.

I guess the size is not the case...

Are those sizes in kilobytes?

By the way, the messages were in english even tho I have localized all plugins I run on my server and players have they o.lang = "ru".
Feels like this "you don't have a permission" message is comming from elsewhere, I don't know from where ))))
Can't clearly recreate this bug to understand what is the reason. I'll try more later today when more people will connect to server.
