players on my server are spawning outside their bases after loggin out. They will go to sleep inside their base and just spawn someone random on the map after logging out..

Its probably one of your plugins. Can you list them? (run o.plugins command in console)

I dont see anything that can cause it. Maybe its spectate or vanish? I am not sure that is causing it

could it be raidable bases spawning too close to players bases? Eject Sleepers Before Spawning Base: true,

That sounds more like it... turn off ejecting sleepers or look into increasing the distance for bases spawning near player built items
