API to get plugin and game update info?Solved
Are you able to create an API key with umod.org. I ask because a lot of our plugins are based on the community and we've currently hired someone to develop a plugin that detects everything from our directory under oxide that is installed reads it then checks said plugins on here to verify if they require an update or if there is an update available is this possible?
Keep in mind that there is a rate limit, which is pretty low for unauthorized users. Authorized users will have a higher rate limit, but I would be careful not to abuse it.

For specific games: https://umod.org/games/rust.json

Also worth noting that uMod (not Oxide, which you are using) will provide server management and updating, mod updating, plugin checking and updating, etc.
I did not know that's quite Strange even when we have updated umod for our server most of the time we have to do it by hand because we go back and check the plugin list to see if there are updates on the website and more times often than not we'll see that a plugin isn't working on the server and go confirm that there is a new update on the site which entails us to obviously go save on config download the new CS and JSON file upload it have oxide reload it then reconfigure it... Could possibly be something with our host provider gonna look more into this.

The main thing you should consider before installing an auto update program is that on rare occasions you are required to back up config and/or data files before updating a plugin , the risk of losing any configurations you have set is there,  I have 71 plugins running and just option "watch" for all of them so that i can update when one is available. I have had occasion in the past to regret not reading update changes before updating and it is a pain trying to reconfigure configs or replace ranks/hours for players which have been wiped.
Sometimes it is a complete rewrite of the plugin (QuickSmelt for instance) , it is something to consider.

I hired someone just to make a plugin that detects updates not actually update them to the current version
