Server randomly bannedSolved

OK, So it may be an Oxide issue, or a Rust one...

My GameServers Rust PvE Server's IP was banned. According to Facepunch my server was listed in the "Community" section, despite being a Modded server. Now, if this was my intent, the ban should be no issue. But it wasn't my intent at all. I didn't see it, as my server is very clearly a modded x5 PvE Newbro playground. I never tried to hide mods, or try to appear like a community server at all.

Is there a way to identify my server as Modded specifically so as to prevent the game cleint from loading my server in the wrong list and getting me banned?

If you are using shared hosting someone else on the same IP might have gotten banned. Oxide.config.json should have Modded set to true btw.
By default, oxide.config.json has Modded set to true, which your server would appear under Modded as a result.

It is likely as misticos said though, but I would  check with your host to verify if the IP address was shared.

Yeah, shared IP, with 3 other servers.  And I guess one of them is run by a bunch of dipsticks who watch YouTube videos on "How to get your Modded Server in Community"

Not my bag, I like a modded server, and wouldn't want to try and pass it off as a community server. So I changed IP.

Get a dedicated IP not to get in such troubles in future, or switch hosts if they are fine with users who break rules like that.
