Plugin config files not saving after editingSolved

I currently have a couple plugins enabled on my Server, but the only way I'm able to change anything is by using the ingame commands. For example I'm trying to change stack sizes, using Stack Size Controller, and nothing changes when I edit the config. 

The same is happening with QuickSmelt. I'm using the hosting platform known as ServerBlend and I'm using their built in File manager, but I also have filezilla just incase editing on their platform doesn't work. Nothing seems to work and I'm just confused

Try to unload the plugin, edit config, save it and then load the plugin. Make sure changes were applied after saving the file.
