friends until 2 days ago my server was on the list. I haven't seen it for 2 days. The problem is the same even though I have uninstalled all the plugins and turned them off and on. The size of the problem may be caused. I couldn't  find black list.  IP 89.252.163.213

The Rust server list doens't always show all servers, I believe it has a limit of 5000 servers total. If you can connect to it directly via F1 console, it should be fine.

Is the port open for UDP on the server? If not, you won't be able to connect. Have you verified the server is actually started fully?

Yes the server is running. We have made a security update. Let me check the UDP ports immediately.
