Hi, is there are plugin or a way to spawn minis on roads again? Also is there a way to adjust the price of mini at bandit?

No reason it can't be done.  Maybe copy the old code used to spawn them on the road.  Or the code that spawn modular vehicles.

Makes sense.  The devs could leave all the code intact that handles MiniCopter spawning, but just set the maximum to 0. 

I'm looking to do this on my server (minis, scraps, and boats). I'm new to owning a Rust server and definitely don't know how to copy the old code properly. Does anyone have any advice for how to enable spawning them naturally?

Add in server startup parameters: +Minicopter.Population 2 +ScrapTransportHelicopter.Population 0.4

why would you add them to startup parameters? add them to server.cfg
