On 1 of my servers corn and pumpkin respawn immediately after been picked up. Only gather manager on server and no more plugins.  Any ideas?

Enlighten me please. 
I am using gather manager on all servers and issue just on one.

Some plants have multiple seasons and will regrow after being picked.

If your map has only one short river (if the others are all in frozen areas) then the pumpkin respawns will be concentrated in that small area and so will respawn very quickly.
