NPCs are grouping together

as the title says im having a problem where anywhere that npcs are suppose to be instead of being spaced out for some reason there grouped together in groups of like 6-8 scientists i have browsed alot of forums to find the answer before i posted

This is happening in my server as well, especially in Oil Rigs. 
I also use NPCDropGun

OMG thanks so much orange. you have literally saved me such a headache. my server has a pride rock... all the animals gather there as comical as it is it was a huge problem

HumanNPC?

Just trying to figure out why human npc would do anything to a scientist and animals?
pathfinding was grouping them together
Im looking threw trying to debug   can you edit the HumanNpc/NpcData.json file and for every HumanNpc under userid add in a few more digits im wondering if they may be geting conflicting userids.
i deleted humanNPC and Pathfinding due to the amount of errors and issues. the humanNPCS kept noclipping and teleporting everytime u shot them and they responded very poorly i went with a different plugin that performed better sorry
