im looking for a plugin other than the slap plugin for warning a player for there actions. posably sumthing that says you have been warned with a message of why they are being warned. anyone know of any?? TIA 

You could just warn them? You could use GUI Announcer to announce to just them, or to all. You can PM from Server Console your message. You could warn over a message from console that'd say 'SERVER WARNING xxplayer". There is a Freeze mod, where you could freeze them before sending the messages.
