Both commands seem to start something cause the UI shows a heli coming but after some 2 seconds the heli light goes off again and nothing happens.
Any idea why?

Heli.calltome and heli.call not working
One of your plugins probably blocking it. Or you have heli lifetime set to 0-1 minutes

Yep. It was Timed Events. Deinstalled it and the command worked again.
