Player kicked with NullReferenceException at TextureColorPicker
So when a specific player tries to join ( OnceWAS ) he gets kicked for this:

OnceWAS disconnecting: Exception (cs:52979): NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. TextureColorPicker..ctor () (at <00000000000000000000000000000000>:0) Monument+<>c__DisplayClass3_0.<ApplyHeight>b__0 (System.Int32 x, System.Int32 z) (at <00000000000000000000000000000000>:0) MidiJack.MidiDriver+NoteOffDelegate.Invoke (MidiJack.MidiChannel channel, System.Int32 note) (at <00000000000000000000000000000000>:0) TerrainMap.ForEachInternal (Vector2i v0, Vector2i v1, Vector2i v2, Vector2i v3, System.Action`2[T1,T2] action, Vector2i min, Vector2i max) (at <00000000000000000000000000000000>:0) TerrainMap+<>c__DisplayClass9_0.<ForEachParallel>b__0 (System.Int32 thread_id, System.Int32 thread_count) (at <00000000000000000000000000000000>:0) MidiJack.MidiDriver+NoteOffDelegate.Invoke (MidiJack.MidiChannel channel, System.Int32 note) (at <00000000000000000000000000000000>:0) System.Threading.ThreadPoolWorkQueue.Dispatch () (at <00000000000000000000000000000000>:0)

Idk why the hell is this? he could play before we uploaded a custom map... after we uploaded the custom map he couldn't join... after that we 100% deleted custom map files and he still has that error, why?

Is he using a name colour that the game does not recognise ?

Nope this happens when I load a custom map, after I removed it the same thing happened to him so he had to delete something off his rust folder.... might of been a corrupted thing that made a plugin go fuck off
