I have been dealing with some commands and removing various plugins to dismiss the error and cannot find what I need to fix on my dedicated server.
I have looked for links like:

These links talk about commands to partially solve, but in my case it only decreased the player kick problem and the server had many pick lags with roll back (~ 50 ping players)
This happened after the update of the new cars, but I'm not sure because I applied other plug-ins later.
This is my configuration so that someone can guide me what I have to correct please.
