You'd need to contact Facepunch regarding that. Using plugins under the Community lists is sort of an at-your-own-risk sort of thing. Generally Facepunch allows "admin tools", but otherwise nothing else.

I wrote to the Facepunch article. I use only now, "Vanish-No give notices-Logger" This is plugins not problem?

No Give Notices could, but unlikely to be why it was blacklisted. The others shouldn't either generally.
