When i remove me from the Admin Group and write Save on console and type quit the server saving and closing
After im start the server im back in the Group Admin but why?

You have ownerid set with Rust, so you are being automatically added back.
but beforce i added me to the admin group im wasnt admin after i added me im getting automatic back?
If you show as auth level when you connect, you are "admin" via ownerid. If the server doesn't save, your group won't save either.
the quit command on CMD automatic save and close the server so why its dont saving ? :O
Did you check to see if you were removed using the Oxide commands before restart?
Oxide doesn't get unloaded. You'd want to check to see what the "oxide.show group admin" has before restart to make sure your user was removed.
And what does "ownerid YOURSTEAMID" show?
