Regarding 'RustSpawner' unfortunately plugin can only spawn wild horse and not a riding horse ;(

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately is not what I need.
I need players to be able to spawn ridable horse, for example to write on a game chat: /ridablehorse and that they can spawn raidable horse every 3 hours in the game for example.

It means something similar 'Spawn Mini' plugin but only with riding horses.

With the new facepunch update which comes this Thursday minicopter it costs 1500 Scrap (it will no longer be able to be found on the road) which will change the course of the game and that’s why I don’t want my VIP players to be able to Spawn Minicopter because they will be able to sell it for Scrap at a lower price.

That is why horses will be in great demand after the new update and all players will want to have horses or cars.
Horses are the cheapest because you just need to give them food and be careful that no one steals it. Horses are good because you can ride with them anywhere, mountains or lowlands  a horse can pass everywhere and does not consume gasoline.

That's why I want my VIP players to be able to spawn riding horse every 3 hours for example.
