You can turn on subtitles on youtube with translator, I checked it - works perfectly.

Well, watch the screen and read (badly translated) subtitles? Definitely not perfect. Maybe promote it on russian sites, umod is English.

That's not the main problem. Most of things are complex and hard to understand. Its much better to go and find C# courses on your language, learn it and then only thing left if understand how you should work with rust (that is simple if you look on plugins). Done.
Never understanded when time to time random guys trying to make youtube videos about how to make plugins for rust. Beacuse after that i see a lot of guys who is trying to make plugins, but they dont even know how to work with arrays or overloads.
