Hello!

How can i add adminpermission to myself?
If i use the command with "oxide.grant <name>" .... etc.... it says i dont have permissions to use the command "oxide.grant".

Pls help.

use ownerid command in server console if you own the server

I added "users.cfg" in the folder "/server/<your_server_identity>/cfg/" with "ownerid <my steam 64 id>" in it. I cant check it out how i can use admin commands, pls give me example.

Adding users like that would be o.usergroup add 76561154887874442 moderator but for yourself, as admin, the line in the user.cfg file should make you the admin. ownerid 765611983548755192 "unnamed" "no reason" 
I also have this in my server.cfg global.ownerid 7656119834875492 "unnamed" "no reason"

You cant do it from in game...

type in chat in game, what color is your name? If its blue your not an admin, admin names are green
Did you restart the server once manually editing your user.cfg file?

Also there is no "group owner" by default

oh also your using the incorrect format for that command...

Example: oxide.grant user Razor14150 admin

But honestly unless your going for a community/vanilla server I would start with setting up BetterChat as (at least to me) it seems to be the easiest way to set up diffrent groups

Not to hyjack the thread but whats the diffrence between global.ownerid and just ownerid?

I did the file in ftp with ownerid <steamid>, i restarted it many times...
i did all you said

BUT:
I did some other things, (i dont know what i did xD) now it works and i can use the command oxide.grant now, it doesnt says "i dont have permissions" anymore, my name is green and i can use commands :) thx a lot

Razor, I don't think there is a difference. I think that global.ownerid is just the full-name-version of it.
