I'm not sure if there is any extra things I have to do, but I drag the rustdedicated_data into my server and then I run the server. Nothing, no oxide folder or anything, I type oxide.version, no response.

That would mean Oxide was either not installed fully, or it was uninstalled. It being uninstalled is common if your startup script has SteamCMD updating.
