Raided bases not decaying at all
I'm banging my head out of frustration. Somehow raided bases on my servers don't decay what so ever. Bases can be up for days despite it being raided on day one. However your own base & buildings without TC decay. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? I've had this for a few weeks now.. I've disabled the plugin "Group Limits" and "Chest Stacks" that I used to make it 4x stacking on cupboards. Other than that there is no other plugins that should affect cupboards.
Could we get your plugins list please?

What do you have these convars set to?

decay.upkeep_grief_protection
decay.scale
undertow

I'd check all your donate/rewards plugins and make sure they don't have a function to modify upkeep, decay, or entity damage/healing - either in the config or code.

If you can't disable them on live, you probably want to replicate your enviornment on a test or local server and then start disabling plugins (I'd start with all the rewards plugins disabled) and then see if you can narrow down which one is causing the problem. Worse case, you'll have to enable them 1-by-1 and raid test (Copy Paste will save time with putting down bases). It doesn't look like any of the other plugins would affect this unless Time Of Day is causing a conflict. Might want to also review your Timed Execute config to see if it may be doing anything with the above plugins that may affect them - even reloading them.

There's a Rust Admins Discord server that other server admins who are more familiar with the rewards plugins might be able to help with:

Off topic, but 90% of your plugins are out-of-date.
