Can't connect to my serverSolved

So I just set up a server and it up my friend joined it from the server list but I can't see it there and I can't connect to it from the console. Also, the server is on my network, not my local machine.

I know this has nothing to do with oxide plugins but I don't know where to get help anywhere else.

Use the server's local IP address to connect through console.
client.connect 192.168.1.3:28015

i did use the server local IP its not showing up in my server list either but my friends can see it on there

I am assuming this is a server on a LAN network? 

First things first, how is your friend connected to the network? And how are you connect?
can you connect with either ```client.connect localip:port``` or ```client.connect publicip:port ```

I think public IP will not work from inside the network, you can join but get kicked right away.

just fixed it i had the bug were all servers will not show sorry
