hi everyone im looking for a simple plugin that will cancel all events at server, abd will work on min players required.

lets say all oil rig creates, cargo ship, airdrops and attack heli will only work if 40 players are connected and will continue to spawn in its default times while there is 40 players or more, if this falls below the 40 min players limit then it will turn off all of this. i wwant to run a noob friendly server and need this so i can let people build their bases first and then pvp while there is more players.
