Does anyone else experiencing this ridiculous drop rates from elite crates and codelock crates after May 7th 2020 update?

In my server not even one player found an ak after 24hours into the wipe. Then they posted complaints if Ak, C4, Bolt is blocked. I logged into the server, spawned 100 elite crates, 1 ak, 1c4, 1explosive and 3 bolts dropped from a HUNDRED crates. What is going on?

I get it, accessing the high tier loot was too easy with minicopters etc from launch site. But lowering drop rates alongside the shortcut blockade, drasticly affects the progression for all players in the game. 

Any other server owners experiencing this aswell? Or players for that matter.

Ah, i've never noticed the 3% chance this hard before. I guess "luck" is the answerl. Thx for the link

Well i am not sure how they have loot system exactly, but in general at my tests i got something like 3-5% chance also
