Oxide is updated and working, oxide.version prints version 2.0.4556 and Rust 2220.191.1, I've validated files through steam, reinstalled a plugin to test but none load. I can't find any errors in logs or console.

I did, oxide should be working since oxide.version works, or am I wrong
If plugins are not loading and there is no sign of them loading, then they are either in the wrong location else there are errors. You can find any errors related to Oxide under oxide/logs.
