Hi guys,

I search a lot about why this kind of issue would happen. I've a dedicated server from OVH (France). I used to use Azure to host my servers and my servers were full pop. I switched to OVH recently. Now, people can't see the server in the in game list. I set the firewall correctly and disabled the Windows firewall in the server. 

In some topics (https://oxidemod.org/threads/my-server-not-in-list-ovhhosting.29401/ and https://oxidemod.org/threads/server-list-pulling-wrong-ip.29309/) using failover IPs may cause this problem. Actually, I use failover IPs. Why would that happen because of failover IPs? Are there any solution for Windows Server 2019 to figure out this issue?

Make sure all the ports for rust and steamcmd are forwarded - do you have a different query port? if so forward that too

I use default ports 28015 and 28016. Both TCP and UDP ports are configured in the OVH firewall. If they wouldn't nobody can connect. The server browser is acting weird. I don't know.

whats about the steam 27015?

Do Rust dedicated server use 27015 port? I don't think so. Anyway, by default the OVH firewall is not blocking any ports.
