How are people setting them to give 3x Output if the server is 3x as cant find a plugin to do it on here

Have you tried https://umod.org/plugins/recycle-manager or  https://umod.org/plugins/recycler-speed?

I use Recycle Manager and haven't experienced any issues.

recycler manager works only for any spawned recyclers or does it also work for the ingame recyclers as well ???
I dont want to be spawning in recyclers
Recycler speed is exactly that - speeds it up - not what i need

Modifying crafting resource rates to x3, and also the output of recyclers x3, will make your server in theory times unlimited, it will cause massive exploits in where players will craft gunpoweder, recyler, and repeat. (just an example).

Rather set the speed to x3.
