Normally when your ISP (I'm assuming you mean your hosting provider) gives you multiple IPs you apply each one to a different user account. If you're talking about having multiple rustserver instances on the same user account then how are your IP addresses deployed?

If you have no idea what I'm talking about then my guess would be that one of your IP addresses is sitting in a pool idle, not in use.

This is solved, he forgot to set rcon IP iirc.
