Hi i been trying to fix this for a couple days now but my server doenst show in the game browser or steams server browser. I can however connect and play, connect with rcon, if i fav the server it will show as well as in my history but it does not show in "modded section". In the logs im getting IP address from Steam query: 0.0.0.0 . Im ntos ure if thats an isssue. I have allowed all port to be open on firewall while i test so it cant be that. I ran port scans from external machine and also shows the ports are open. Im not sure if this is the right place to post but i see some similar posts a while back ;/

I have solved this
Incase someone manages to have the exact same case this is how to solve it. Dont use googles cloud engine!!!!(unless your in us)
cause google is large they have liek6 datacenters. for some stupid reason they register every domain to cali usa.  The whoilookup or locaiton lookup will assume the server is from the us. Im guessing this is how people in the us could see the server but i could not. Way i solved it. buy a diffrent server :)
