The G gene speeds up growth, so if you breed a GGGGGG it will grow fast. I can't say for sure, but I very much doubt if there is a built-in command to speed up growth because that would mess with the whole farming system. Someone may make a plugin for it one day maybe.

The command I was looking for is server.planttickscale, which allows plants to grow faster. All plants.
