Hello today i was searching for a plugin to add a cooldown to some commands
I have CarCommanderLite and i want to give the players tha ability to spawn their own cars with '/spawncar' but im sure they will spam it and they will spawn a lot cars. Is there any way to add a cooldown to commands? 

i want the cooldown only for '/spawncar' but this plugin adds a cooldown to all commands, am I right?

I'd suggest requesting a cooldown in that plugin's support section if you want it just for it.

I have the lite version from this plugin and there is a paid version, im sure they will tell me we have this at our premium plugin and i cant buy it now, i don't want to buy plugins for a server with too low players.

To make CommandRateLimiter works for me, i have to add ALL commands in whitelist except '/spawncar'? if yes i have too add '/clan create' and 'clan join' or only the first command '/clan'
