Dear Stuff

I am hosting a server Israel, our language written right to left,
I need any solution to provide the players the option for hebrew chatting.
I thought about setting the output of hebrew as reversed, I just dont know how its done.

I have one more question, I dont know if it belongs here -
I'm running the batch file (RustServer.bat) and it seems like it ignores all the commands inside.
for example - +server.hostname "MakaRust"  doesn't work, the server name is still "My Untitled.."
Do you know why is it happening? I'm running this server on my computer, windows 10
