Hey folks, do you think this is bug on mine side or those players are using some cheat to prevent me doing it? I do not use any plugin for teleportation, only myself as admin can do it. Works fine for most players,but I just cant teleport to few of them.

Are you using steam ID for the teleportation? There was a bug that didn't teleport to dead/sleeping players, it was resolved in the previous server update. Update the server to fix the issue.
