If you have 2 plugins with same name like
  • Oxide.Ext.Friends.dll 
  • Friends.cs
on same server, it will not starts and gives no errors. just empty console

may you do auto detect this issue and at least load one any plugin of those

You can't use both of those together. One is an extension, one is a plugin; but the names will cause conflicts. Pick one.

I doubt the server would not start because of using both, very unlikely. Pretty sure the one plugin would replace the other from the extension as well.
