Is there a plugin just like the helptext plugin but instead of typing /help to show help info you can type in /discord for it to show your discord server

i was looking for something like this but ended up editing the commandline and put a discord link where the website url goes then when players click visit webpage it takes them to your discord :) 

The Custom Chat Commands would do what you'd like.
