Can't get my server to recognise Umod/Oxide no matter what I try and ideas ? Amongst  issues with players not being able to find the server and not recognising when i join the server that a player has joined.

If there is no evidence that Oxide is installed and the server is running, then Oxide is not actually installed. Make sure you do not have any update scripts running each time you start the server.
