What is player.identities.3.db? What is player.states.190.db? Can these be deleted mid-wipe during a server restart without people losing stuff? I'm thinking it might let the two people with the RPC back into the server.

Yes, your players would lose their stuff if you did that. If you want to test the RPC thing then you could always try moving the files somewhere else, see what happens, and move them back again after.

Jim: You're right. I tested like that and I think those two people will have to wait till wipe when I clear those files. My hypothesis: A bad DC maybe caused a bad write to that file, now they're characters are messed up. I'll update this thread after wipe. I remember someone posting a plugin on the forums related to the RPC errors that cleared something about a player's identity on the server and allow them back in.
Doing a full wipe and removing all the .db files fixed this for me.
