im looking for a plugin to block sleeping bags and beds from being placed outside of an authorized t/c radius. Am i just overlooking a certain plugin. PrivelegeDeployables does not work

Privilege Deploy should be what you're looking for. What isn't working about it?
A simple plugin to block any item from being deployed outside of 'Building Privilege'. Blocked items are returned to the players inventory. Admin are exempt.

yes i removed all admin priv and owership and the sleeping bags that i put in config still are placable
You removed your Steam ID as owner from the users.cfg, and removed yourself from the admin oxide group, restarted the server, have "sleepingbag" in the config,
