Players getting disconnected with packetlossNot An Issue
Hi Wulf
Hi Community

we have certain problems with Oxide, our Server is not crashing but it disconnects the Player from our Server. Its like a big Packetloss and after that in a bad Situation a EAC BAN for 15 Minutes.

If we install a fresh server without plugins on it, the server will also disconnect players. They cannot farming and looting boxes or Lootchests.

I am working with Gamed.de on this Problem and they dont know what to do. Can you tell us maybe the solution for that issue? or did you heard about it?

heres our Teamspeak IP: freunde.lol
Heres the Server IP: 93.186.198.165:28025

we have this problem providerwide on Nitrado and Gamed.de with the latest installation packages from Oxide and Steam.

We have a comecial Server and it is important that this server is runnning today.

thank you in advance for fast reply / Helping us

ps. "non oxide Servers" dont have those Problems.

Kindly regards
Centix // Fabian
There is nothing that has changed that would cause this issue.
Hi Wulf, do you know this issue?

Merged post

Im not Sure about "not an issue"

without Oxide all runs fine, with oxide it disconnects the player (without any other installed plugin) my friend and many other server providers have the same Problem with it.

On Gameserver : no prob
On Rootserver : Problem

we can not solve this.
With it being an issue isolated to one user and is not being able to reproduce it, we can't say that it is an issue related to Oxide. There have been very minor changes with Oxide the past few months, with the only changes pertaining to minor hook changes which plugins would have to be installed to utilize.
how we can check Oxide? can you maybe help us to identify this Problem?
Since I can't reproduce it, I have no way to know what the actual cause may be. The first place I would look is your server logs though.
I can confirm the issue, a lot of players keep getting kicked
Hello, I have the same problem, it's really random
We could fix this.
we actually fixed this with installing NETNS.
