@wulf I uploaded the plugins turned off server, turned on , restarted but there is no configs for the plugins wtf

Not all plugins have config files, but I would suggesting that Oxide is still installed and plugins are actually loaded.

all plugins are loaded and oxide is installed all plugins are working but configs not showing up @wulf

How did you verify that Oxide is installed and that the plugins are loaded?
